Your satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, to ensure that you get what you ordered and in perfect condition we inspect each order by hand.

However, if we have made an error in your order, return it within 30 days and will replace it at no additional cost to you.

You may also return the product for a complete refund, minus the shipping and handling charges, if you return the product within 10 days of receipt. Please note that items should be in their original packages for full refund. Any used or opened items are not eligible for refund.
